MISSIONS
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager or Country Manager, he or she will be in charge of:
Activity 1: Establishing Partnerships with Partners, Customers and Structured Distribution Networks at Group Level
- Identify partners, structured networks and other operators to enrich the BU catalog;
- Participate in the recruitment of Structured Networks, Operators and Retailers in line with Management objectives for the marketing of Business Unit products;
- Participate in networking events and activities that can support the development of business activity.
Activity 2: Participate in the definition and implementation of the commercial strategy for the Business Unit
- Develop market studies on promising sectors for the activities and products of the Business Unit;
- Develop BCases for prospects;
- Participate in the development and implementation of economic models;
- conduct competitive intelligence;
- Participate in the personalization of offers and marketing of BU products;
- Monitor the profitability of products launched by the BU and ensure the growth of their figures.
Activity 3: Ensure sustained sales growth from Customers and Structured Networks
- Implement the means to achieve the annual CA and OPEX objectives of Management.
- Activity 4: Ensuring Commercial Expertise for the INTOUCH Sales Team
- In general, ensure the production and maintenance of all documentation relating to the Business Unit (contracts, NDA and other documents relating to the process of signing prospects);
- Assist the sales team in general on all aspects related to the Management of APIs and Structured Network providers.
Activity 5: Ensure activity reporting
- Ensure the reporting on a weekly basis of prospecting activities on dedicated tools and platforms;
- Ensure reporting on the performance of activities related to BU products.
SEARCH PROFILE
- Bac +4/5 Higher Schools (Commerce, Marketing, Management)
- Mastery of Reporting Tools
- Strong experience of at least 4/5 years in the management of commercial operations
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good knowledge of financial services and/or the banking industry and fintechs
- Good Knowledge of Distribution Networks
- Autonomy, Spirit of Initiative and Rigor
- Bilingual French — English - 3rd language is an advantage (Arabic)
