This notice is available to the public and to customers and is intended to inform the public of its rights and the services available to it for all claims and requests resulting from the use of the Single Window solution and/or associated products and other services provided by Intouch.
1. Complaint
For any complaint or request relating to the use of the Platform and the products and services associated with it, customers can directly contact customer service at the following numbers: +221 33 860 64 44.
2. Personal data:
TOUCH has an authorization from the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data which has been the subject of a Deliberation no. 2017-00259/ CDP of 10 February 2017 in order to safely collect and process personal data. The protection of your personal data is thus guaranteed by TOUCH and their use is strictly supervised by Law No. 2008-12 on the protection of personal data.
